Two Musicians with a great repertoire...
Double Barrel came about quite by accident. Don & Richie were each playing separately during an open mic night at a coffee shop. After listening to each other, they decided to play a few songs together. Right away, a friendship began and Double Barrel was born! Both guys have a background in rock, blues, country and original tunes. Each on his own is a great musician, but together they are awesome and always rock the house!
Don Race has taught guitar lessons for at least 15 years. He is a former Vietnam Green Beret and has worked in private industry and with the government. Don has been an Arizona and Pennsylvania resident. Don's current interest is collecting guitars and Lionel trains. However and most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife Cathy and their talented kids.
Richard (Richie) Glynn hails from Brooklyn, New York. He taught himself to play the guitar at age 12 with influences by Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Keith Richards. He has played many NY venues including CBGB's, Traxx, Catch A Rising Star and The Apollo Theater. His original tunes are played on New Artist Radio, where two songs made the top 10 and one went all the way to #1.
